LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION
The Machangulo peninsula is located between the Indian Ocean and Maputo Bay.
Currently you have 3 options to reach Machangulo
Cruise
Take a speedboat from the Marina in Maputo to Machangulo. Travel time is approximately 1.5 hours. This is the most popular option and we are happy to make arrangements for you.
Fly
Charter a plane from Maputo Airport. Flight time is 15 minutes as Machangulo has it's own airfield.
Drive
Drive through the famous Nature Reserve with a 4x4 vehicle. It takes 3-4 hours to get from Maputo to Machangulo. 4x4 vehicles are mandatory.
